The house stands on a rise above the little river Sonne (there are trout in the river). In very warm weather it’s cool rooms provide a haven from the heat of the sun.

Three of the four bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase. There are two doubles and one twin. The fourth bedroom, suits 'teenagers' or independent souls as it has external access only! The large salon has a TV/Video (BBC via satellite) and a Stereo (CD's only or you can bring your ipod). There is a downstairs bathroom and separate WC and a WC upstairs. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a multi function microwave, a conventional oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster and seats 8 at the table, though it's only used in rainy weather! There is also a utility room with an automatic washing machine.

In the cooler months the lounge benefits from an 'ancere', a log burning system. The kitchen has an antique Godin solid fuel fire. The house also has thermostatic electric heating in all rooms. The kitchen has been replaced, all modcons.

Patio The patio is directly in front of the house, south facing with views down to the river and the old Mill and is equipped with a large gas barbeque, table and chairs with a parasol. Eating 'al fresco' is a delight for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a large pool side patio with loungers, parasol and a pergola to provide some shade.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside cabinet either side of the bed.

The second bedroom Also has a kigsize bed and bedside cabinet with a small wardrobe and chest of drawers (pictured below).

The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Finally the fourth bedroom has two single beds, one being a smaller than average bed, beside tables and a chest of drawers.

Floor Plan The house is laid out on two floors as shown. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people. The first and second rooms are double beds and the 3rd and 4th are twin single beds. Access to the first floor (bedrooms 1, 2 and 3) are via a spiral staircase from the lounge. The 4th Bedroom has its own external wooden staircase.
